The FILTER PRO is a recirculating system for vibratory deburring that provides treatment of the sludge generated as the tumbling media breaks down.IT'S SIMPLE During the deburring process, water is metered from the holding tank to the deburring machine and recycled. After 8 hours of production the dirty water is treated with our Sludge Buster separating agent. All suspended solids are removed from solution and settle to the bottom of the tank to be flushed into a nylon filter bag. Mixing and flushing requires as little as five minutes.
